Native of Atlanta, Georgia, born 1943, Graduate Oglethorpe University, triple major, Psychology, Sociology and Philosophy upon graduation served as President of Southeastern Training Consultants, wrote and designed Training Contracts with the Department of Labor, Department of Commerce of the U.S. Government in correlation with the National Alliance of Businessmen and Joint Apprentice Training Program, introduced “unemployable“, i.e., “Hardcore-Disadvantaged“ Individuals to the World of Work, maintaining an 80+% retention rate Nationwide. A Native American, retired in 2001 from U. S., which has extensive business experience primarily in the financial services industry and consulting of more than 45 years and with direct involvement with special clients and training of all top management, problem resolutions and prevention. Served The Chief Executive Officer/Chief Financial Officer, as well as, Chairman of the Board of Directors and President for the Emerald Financial Group and Mortgage Corporation, with annual revenues of more $3.5 million, also served as, The General Managing Trustee for the Emerald Financial Trust Group with assets in excess of $1.2 Billion Dollars. My firms employed more than 300 agents and employees and provided off shore trust services, including asset protection and management, and insurance and securities (Registered Series 7, National Alliance of Security Dealers) within the United States, and many other services including creative investments and savings vehicles for private clients with safety with tax minimization and/or elimination, as well as, commercial and residential loan and mortgage programs, as well as private banking for companies and private clients both onshore and offshore.

Retired from Emerald Financial Trust Group in 2001 where I taught English to Upper Management and Executives to some of the largest Corporations in Brazil, i.e., Banco do Brasil, Brasilian Army, Petrobras, Atos Origin (subsidiary of Phillips), Banco Guanabara, Guanabara Diesel, Embratel, and some 25 others… I developed the first online English course with “live“ professors in every class for Brazilian Students.
