Aristotle said, “Anyone can become angry – that is easy, but
to be angry with the right person at the right time, and for the right purpose
and in the right way – that is not within everyone’s power and that is not
easy.”
On the surface sounds good but looking deeper, it is my
opinion, that anger is never good… regardless of the depth of that anger… anger
only hurts the one who is angry… anger can lead to high blood pressure, tension
and death…
You must not allow anything said or read to create feelings
in you that are disruptive to your health… nothing is worth this kind of
buildup of pressure… ask yourself this silly question… what difference will
this make in a hundred years…and the answer is obvious… you will not be here in
a hundred years so it won´t make any difference… laugh and let it go…move on
with your life…life is very short…and times awastin´…
